Token launches & recipient rewards
Launch a token on Pump.fun with a name, ticker, description and image. Dedicate its creator fees to an X handle and choose its reward type.

SolCard virtual card is available as a reward selection when launching. The token can launch before card issuance is available. Its recipient allocation accumulates in USDC for the chosen handle; no card is issued, purchased or funded yet. Reserved USDC is not a spendable card balance.
There is no guaranteed card availability date. Provider access, supported countries, verification requirements, fees and limits must be confirmed before activation. Connecting X shows the allocation but does not issue or claim a card. Funds stay reserved; SPEND does not substitute gift cards or use them for buybacks.

SPEND collects creator fees from a dedicated wallet and converts them to USDC. Of the actual USDC received, 80% is allocated to the recipient's selected reward and 20% to SPEND token purchases. Conversion costs are reflected in proceeds; SPEND sponsors automation transaction gas separately. Integer rounding leaves any residual base unit in the buyback allocation.
Purchased platform tokens stays in the disclosed treasury. Recipient allocations are excluded from buyback funds. Fees and rewards depend on real trading activity; no fixed income or return is promised.
Bitrefill products
Choose a supported product, country, denomination and maximum USDC invoice price. Rewards accumulate until that budget is available. SPEND purchases that exact product and stores its delivery details encrypted, including before the recipient joins. Country restrictions and expiry apply; a product may expire before it is claimed. Unavailable products leave funds reserved. An interrupted purchase is reconciled before any retry. Purchases repeat whenever the token's product allocation covers the selected budget again. Claiming an earlier reward is not required: each delivered product is saved separately for the handle.
Rewards follow the @handle
Handles are normalized without the @ and are case-insensitive. The current handle owner connects X and passes a live ownership check to claim delivered products. If a handle changes owners, its unclaimed products and reserved card rewards follow the new owner. Previously claimed products remain in their claimant's SPEND account. Designating a recipient does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Before you launch
You authorize SPEND to operate the dedicated creator-fee wallet and the selected 80/20 policy. Review and sign the actual Pump.fun creation transaction in your wallet. It requires SOL for transaction fees and account rent; no initial token purchase is included. Uploads are published to IPFS when draft details are saved. Required integrations must be configured before onchain launches become available.
